1.  Entries must include:

a.  participant’s name and contact information

b.  A description of the ornament, including design concept, material suggestions and construction description. You can include a link or photo to help illustrate what you mean.

2.  Any entries requiring the use of copyrighted or licensed material will be disqualified (i.e., no specific team names or logos such as Dallas Cowboys, no licensed characters such as Cinderella, no copyright information such as song lyrics.) This will be verified prior to selection of 3 finalists.

3.  Multiple entries are allowed but each entry must be done individually. Any entry containing more than one design idea will be disqualified.

4.  Entries will ONLY be accepted by email to cathey@ckotx.com or by Facebook Messenger to Cathey East. This is necessary to keep entry ideas confidential until the finalists are announced on Tuesday, 9-3 during the Facebook Live Event.

5.  The 3 finalists will be chosen by Crafted Keepsakes of Texas. The main considerations will be originality, ability to be completed during a Facebook Live event, market appeal, availability of materials, ease of shipping. Crafted Keepsakes of Texas is the sole judge for choosing the 3 finalists and all decisions are final.

6.  The winning design will be chosen by voting done on the Facebook page. You may only vote one time. Voting will take place Wednesday 9-4-24 through Tuesday 9-10-24. In the event of a tie, the tie-breaking vote will be cast by Crafted Keepsakes of Texas. The finalist will be announced during the live event on 9-17-24 and the winning ornament will be crafted during the live event.
